Project Management

NSASS provides a single access point to the technical expertise of both Lloyd’s Register Group and BMT. NSASS provides a Project Manager for the specified task who co-ordinates a team of specialists from both organisations and acts as a portal to specialists in industry as appropriate.

Example project areas are:

• development of proposals for new rules/standards/codes.
• proposals for revisions to existing rules/standards/codes.
• research and development projects in support of proposals.
• application of rules/standards/codes to a project.
• assessment of performance against rules/standards/codes.
